Dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis. In order to lock in and reserve a date in your name we must have a completely filled out and signed confirmation form with $250 initial payment on record. The remainder rental fee, along with a $200.00 security deposit which will be refunded to your credit card through Pay Pal as long as no major damage has been done, is due no later than 30 days prior to your planned arrival at which time we will forward all required access information.

There is a $25 cancellation fee. For a full refund of rental minus this fee, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. 50% refund minus cancellation fee for cancellations made from 29 to 8 days prior to scheduled arrival date
